Competition winners celebrate "up to 20Mbps" Broadband

Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management, Zen Internet

To celebrate the launch of our "up to 20Mbps" Broadband service we ran a free prize draw and competition for new and existing customers to win either a day spent driving sports cars and rally cars or a day relaxing in a spa.

Need another phone line? Talk to Zen!

Zen Broadband Voice uses the latest VoIP technology to provide you with an additional phone line which you can use for low cost calls over your Zen broadband service.

It's the ideal solution for an extra line with low cost calls but avoids the expense of another traditional line.

This service is particularly beneficial to those people who work from home and want to still be able to make work calls even when other people are on the phone making personal calls.

Broadband Voice is available for a low monthly fee - typically less than half the price of a regular phone line - and includes 1000 call minutes to UK landlines and free calls to other Broadband Voice users. Follow this link for more information on Zen Broadband Voice

Zen announces plans for even faster Broadband

If you haven't already heard about Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) you will soon! It's a new technology that has been developed by BT and will enable us to provide you with Broadband services that give a minimum 15Mbps download speed and the potential "up to 40Mbps".

Although we are still in the very early planning stages we thought you might want to know more about this new technology and how we intend to bring you even faster Broadband. Please follow this link to learn more about Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC)

Zen appoints new Service Improvement and Regulatory Manager

Gary Hough joined Zen in 2006 as Operations Manager having worked in the ISP and service industry for over 15 years in a number of operational roles.

Gary Hough, Service Improvement & Regulatory Manager

He has recently taken on a newly formed role as Zen's Service Improvement and Regulatory Manager.

Gary's passion is to provide good customer service that is built around feedback from customers. Having worked for a number of other ISPs he has seen how customer service can be done very badly. The whole ethos of Zen, however, is built upon fully putting good customer service at the heart of everything we do for all our products and services, not just broadband. Please follow this link to find out what you can expect from Gary in his new role and the changes he intends to introduce at Zen over the next year
